Kim Williams

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be?
If I were to choose someone to have dinner with, Eleanor Roosevelt would be a fascinating choice. Her tireless advocacy for human rights and her influential role as First Lady make her an inspiring figure.
What's one skill you'd like to develop further in the next year?
Enhance my operational and data analysis skills. As I continue in my Advanced Data Fellowship, developing a deeper understanding of data-driven decision-making would be invaluable.
How has working with veterans and their families impacted your perspective?
Working with the military community and their families has deepened my understanding of resilience, adaptability and the importance of community support. It has highlighted the unique challenges they face and the need for tailored career and personal development opportunities.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
I would swap jobs with the recruitment team. They run such an integral part of RFS that I feel I do not know enough about.
How does your work support your personal values or passions?
My role aligns with my passion for empowering others through education and skills development. Supporting military spouses in their career journeys, reflects a commitment to providing opportunities and fostering resilience. Knowing that I have helped someone in a small way gives me joy everyday!
