If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be?
Geoffrey Wellum, Battle of Britain fighter pilot and author.
What's one skill you'd like to develop further in the next year?
I’m currently undertaking a Coaching Supervisors course, so developing this skill further and successfully completing the course is top of my priority list.
How has working with veterans and their families impacted your perspective?
As a RAF veteran myself, engaging in conversations with other veterans has been a powerful reminder not to downplay or dismiss my own experiences. Instead, it has encouraged me to reflect on them with pride and recognise the strengths and abilities that my time in the RAF gave me.
If you could swap jobs with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
Rusila because she’s based in Norway and I love the great outdoors and an adventure.
How does your work support your personal values or passions?
My core values are family, adventure, loyalty, and a sense of belonging. These are supported by the flexible working environment at RFS. This balance allows me to be present for my family, while also giving me the freedom to take time off for holidays and adventure. The leadership and culture at RFS resonate with my values of loyalty and belonging, fostering an inclusive and diverse environment. It's a win-win!
