      Home-Based (preferably located near Colchester or Portsmouth)

      Part-time (10-20 hours per week) including weekends.

      Successful candidates must be able to cover: All Shifts

      (Monday – Friday 0800-1300 and 1300-1800

      Saturday – Sunday 1000-1400 and 1400-1800)

      Expected Start Date: 02/11/2020 although there will be training beforehand.

      Responsibilities and Duties

      • Call handling
      • Cold/Warm calling
      • Booking in jobs using the clients database
      • Taking payment for work completed
      • Requesting feedback from customers
      • Liaising with contractors on a daily basis

      Qualifications

      • Call handling experience
      • Customer service experience 2+ years’
      • Ability to build relationships
      • Versatile, reliable and ability to learn new systems and processes
      • Experience of closing sales (desired)
      • Empathetic and understanding
      • A quiet working environment (at home)
      • Strong administration skills
