RFS are thrilled to introduce the inaugural 'Women into Leadership Programme'. A dynamic initiative tailored for women veterans and service leavers who are ready to launch their next career adventure.
We are sponsoring 30 inspiring women over the next 12 months, with the possibility of expanding the programme further. We are excited to invite you to apply for this unique opportunity; your involvement will not only propel your career forward but also contribute to the ongoing success of this transformative initiative for women veterans.
We are currently finalising the project details, but our overall mission is to break down the barriers faced by women veterans and those transitioning from the armed forces, empowering you to secure a fulfilling and impactful career for the future.
What's involved?
1. Free Qualification Attainment:
You'll earn the ILM Level 3 in Coaching; a professional Ofqual-recognised qualification. This will equip you with crucial management skills, facilitated by our esteemed partner.
2. Personal Development:
Through the RFS and BAE Systems Coaching and Mentoring Programme, you'll be paired with a coach to support your personal growth. This mentorship aims to tackle personal barriers and accelerate your career progression.
3. Professional Development:
Join group workshops designed to enhance your professional journey and networking skills.
