What is our COACHING AND MENTORING PROGRAMME?

The RFS Coaching and Mentoring Programme is powered by a dedicated team of volunteers who provide tailored support to members of the Armed Forces Community. Participants can benefit from up to six personalised one-to-one sessions with a coach or mentor specifically selected to meet their needs. Whether you’re seeking to build confidence, aiming for a promotion, or transitioning back to work after a career break, our programme is designed to support your unique journey.

 

Our diverse team of coaches, psychologists, and experienced professionals are here to help you gain the clarity and focus needed to confidently take your next steps, whatever they may be.
